Definitions

Company: AT Products LLC/ATPLLC: The Collection of the ATP Database, AT Products, The Script Community, Ethical Hacking Society, CodingHome, and the Noodle Hackerspace (commonly referred to as "We", "Us", "Our")
Department(s): ATPWeather, Department of Beta Testing, and the Line of Defense.

Website: atproducts.xyz
Services: Primary Services: Website Design Package and Website Hosting Package. Secondary Services: Website Maintenance Package.

Server(s)/Communities: The Script Community, Ethical Hacking Society, CodingHome, and the Noodle Hackerspace.

You/Your: You/Your refers to the individual, organization, or company accessing or using the Servers/Communities, Website, Services, Files (including code), or any other resources owned or provided by AT Products LLC, or any legal entity on whose behalf such individual, organization, or company is engaging with AT Products LLC.

I: Scope of Coverage

AT Products LLC is committed to ensuring that all individuals — including customers, partners, volunteers, and employees — are treated with dignity, fairness, and respect. As such, they are covered by the Civil Rights & Non-Discrimination Policies, which apply to anyone interacting with the Website, Servers/Communities, Departments, or any Services.

II: Title II Policy

It is the policy of AT Products LLC — in accordance with Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 — to prohibit discrimination in places of public accommodation based on race, color, religion, and national origin.

III: Title VII Policy

It is the policy of AT Products LLC — in accordance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 — to prohibit discrimination in employment based on race, color, religion, sex, and national origin. The Company will provide reasonable accommodation for religious practices unless doing so would create undue hardship.

IV: Additional Non-Discrimination Policy

AT Products LLC maintains a broader internal standard of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), and fairness beyond federal civil-rights requirements. AT Products LLC prohibits discrimination, harassment, or unequal treatment in all interactions involving the Website, Servers/Communities, Departments, and all Services. This prohibition applies to all individuals defined as You/Your under Company policy.

AT Products LLC prohibits discrimination based on disability, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, genetic information, caste (including perceived caste or caste-based stereotyping), or any other characteristic protected by applicable law or internal policy.

Title VII protections are applied by the Company to both employees and volunteers.

V: Reporting Concerns

If You have inquiries, require clarifications, or wish to report concerns regarding potential violations of the Civil Rights & Non‑Discrimination Policies — including matters related to the Title II or Title VII policies — please use one of the following contact methods:

AT Products LLC is committed to addressing all correspondence in a timely and professional manner, in compliance with applicable civil‑rights regulations and internal policies. Reports of suspected violations will be thoroughly reviewed and investigated.

VI: Acceptance

By becoming an employee, volunteer, partner, or otherwise engaging with AT Products LLC, You signify Your agreement to comply with all applicable Company rules, policies, and standards, including the Civil Rights & Non-Discrimination Policies. Violation of any such policies may result in the revocation of Your privileges or Your ability to access or use any Services, Departments, or resources provided by AT Products LLC.

AT Products LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these policies at any time. If a revision has a beneficial effect on You, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide at least a 30-day notice before the revised policies take effect. The determination of whether a revision is sufficient or beneficial remains solely with the Company.
